Sistan, at its start, is a 
Sunni 
Khorasani 
Iqta located in the Sistan area, Khorasan region, Persia subcontinent of the Asia continent. Emerging, gaining 
cores, from Sunni 
Ghazna in 1029 the iqta borders fellow Sunni Ghazna north, 
Shia 
Persia west and 
Khawarij 
Baluchistan south.
Sistan will be annexed by Sunni 
Khwarazmia in 1225, later to emerge from the Shia 
Ilkhanate in 1335 and finally annexed by Persia in 1537, keeping its cores. The country will never appear on-map ever again.
