Chenla is a

monarchy under a mandala system located in the South Laos, Khorat and Central Thailand areas, Indochina region, East Indies subcontinent, of the Asia continent; arising during the 'Barbarian Invasions' era. Replacing, gaining 
cores, 
Mahayana 
Khmer in 450 the monarchy borders fellow Hindu countries (
Funan south and 
Champa east), 
Confucian countries (
Liu Song northeast), 
Animist countries (
Lawa west) and uncolonized native land north.
Chenla, losing its cores, will be replaced back as Khmer in 802 and will never appear on-map again for the rest of the timeline.
Note: Country is called "Chenla" on-file.
